Job Description
  • Assist on developing & implementing strategies.
  • Competency in HRIS System ( Preferred Mint HRIS )
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns and grievances.
  • Actively engaged in organizing employee engaged activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development & implementation of HR policies.
  • Assisting with recruitment & onboarding process as needed.
Qualifications
  • BSc degree in HRM/ Administration from a recognized university or diploma.
  • PQHRM/CHRM in HRM.
  • Minimum one years’ experience in similar capacity.
  • Hands on experience in handling HRIS system.
  • Capable of working efficiently & effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills & positive personality.
  • First preference for the immediate joiners.
