Qualifications
  • Bsc degree in HRM/Administration from a recognized university or Diploma.
  • PQHRM/CHRM in HRM.
  • Minimum one years’ experience in similar capacity.
  • Hands on experience in handling HRIS systems.
  • Capable of working efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages.
  • Team payer with strong organizational skills and positive personality.
  • First preference for the immediate joiners.
Job Role
  • Assist on developing and implementing strategies.
  • Competency in HRIS system ( Preferred Mint HRIS )
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HP-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Actively engaged in organizing employee engaged activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
